helpful staff great room well equipped
the staff was super helpful. they did their job very well. the breakfast was amazing!!! i had a great room. it was well equipped.
the porridge i got was horrible and had lumps in it big enough to help build a wall.

i found the staff so friendly and helpful. bathrobes plus complimentary water was a real treat, such a kind gesture. the included chocolate and soft drinks in the fridge made me smile.
our room sounded louder than expected. i heard people talking next door, it bothered my peace. it felt a bit intrusive .

I appreciated the central location. It made transportation easy. the staff were very friendly and always helpful. my room was clean and spacious with enough space for my luggage. the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy.

convenient location helpful staff prompt resolution
The location was convenient. The staff was helpful with directions (especially finding the best local spots). I appreciated the prompt resolution of a minor issue with the in-room safe. It was addressed within minutes of reporting it. My overall experience was positive.
The gym equipment looked a bit dated.

kind porter early rooms easy parking dirty walls missing towels broken lamp
john, the night porter, was very kind. i talked with him, and he was great company. the staff stored our bags and had the rooms ready earlier than usual. the location is ideal and easy for parking.
The room was very dated. I saw dirty walls. there were no hand towels, and the bath lacked an anti-slip mat. the bedroom lamp did not work, and the tv was in front of the mirror.

fantastic stay!
attentive staff efficient service
the night staff were so attentive. stewart and slaim anticipated needs and handled everything efficiently. it was a reminder that human service makes a big difference. their professionalism and empathy left a lasting impression.
i found an old chip on a chair pushed under the tv sideboard. this made me wonder about cleanliness standards. the tea and coffee area seemed grubby, and there was dust on the wall above the bed.
